Trastarcafe, a renowned establishment known for its exceptional service and delightful cuisine, is expanding its team. We are seeking dedicated individuals for the following positions:
- Café Manager
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily café operations to ensure smooth functioning.
- Manage and train the service crew, ensuring high standards of service.
- Monitor inventory and ensure adequate stock levels.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Prepare financial reports and manage the café’s budget.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain cleanliness standards.
- Schedule staff shifts and manage payroll.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Diploma in Food and Catering from a reputable college.
- At least 1 year of work experience in a similar role.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in inventory and financial management.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
- Serving Crew Member
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and take food and beverage orders.
- Serve food and drinks promptly and accurately.
- Assist with food preparation and ensure quality standards.
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, tables, and equipment.
- Support team members during busy periods and assist with other tasks as needed.
- Ensure a positive customer experience by providing excellent service.
Qualifications:
- Diploma in Catering and/or Hospitality Industry preferred.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Prior experience in a similar role is an advantage but not required.
